ENROLMENT CHECKLIST

You can now enrol online at St Bernard's by selecting the link above. Alternatively, submit the following paperwork and enrolment form directly to the school office. To complete the application form you will need to submit the following information. Original documents will need to be presented at the time of interview.

  • Birth certificate (not commemorative) or passport
  • Certificate of Baptism (if applicable)
  • Student’s immunisation records (applicable to all NSW schools and ACT Primary)
  • Family Law, Personal Protection Order or Other Relevant Court Orders (if applicable)
  • Last report from previous school (not applicable for Kindergarten enrolments)
  • Visa grant notice for permanent and temporary visa-holders (if applicable) – for both student and parent(s) / legal guardian(s), including passport copies of parents
  • Any medical reports and/or other assessment reports for students with additional learning needs (if applicable)
  • Proof of residential address, such as rates notice, electricity, water or telephone bill (applicable only to ACT Primary).

AFTER SUBMISSION

If you submit your application online, you will receive an email with the completed application. Please ensure this document is signed accordingly (all relevant legal guardians and parents) and submitted to the school at the time of interview.

After submission (either online or in person) the school will contact you to inform the outcome of your application. Successful applicants will then receive an offer letter together with a ‘Parent Commitment Contract’ which needs to be signed by the student’s parents/legal guardians.

School Fees 2019 

School fees are generated four times a year. Each family will receive their fee statement by the end of Week 3 of each term. Below is a table which represents your fees for the year. If a family has a child enrolled at Carroll College, Broulee or Trinity College Goulburn a discount of $154.00 per term, will be subtracted from the abovementioned term fees eg. instead of paying $676.00 per term, the fee will be $522.00 per term.

If a family decides to make fortnightly payments, yearly school fees should be divided by 26 payments. This will ensure that all fees are paid by the start of the next school year eg. a family with 2 children has a yearly fee of $3244.00. This amount should be divided by 26 payments which will equal approximately $125.00 per fortnight. 

Fees can be paid by various methods - Cash, Cheque, BPAY, Credit Card, Direct Debit, through QKR app or Centrepay. A lump sum payment can be made at anytime during the term if you would prefer this option. 

Any family that is experiencing financial difficulty is encouraged to contact the school office and make an appointment to see the Principal.
