Application forms for enrolment are available at the School Office or via the link on this page.

Parents wishing to enrol their child for Kinder for the following year are encouraged to apply during the advertised period each year - normally during May (late enrolments are accepted subject to places being available).

All new families applying for enrolment are interviewed by the Principal or a member of the School Executive Team.

Interviews for Kinder enrolments are conducted during Term 3 and parents are advised in writing if a place is available.

To be eligible for enrolment in Kinder a child must turn 5 on or before the 30 April in the year of admission.

Enrolment applications must be accompanied with copies of the child's birth certificate, immunisation record and Baptismal certificate (where applicable).

School Fees 2018

Fees are generated four times a year. Each family will receive their fee statement by the end of Week 3 of each term. Below is a table which represents the fees for the year. If a family has a sibling enrolled at Carroll College Broulee or Trinity College Goulburn, a discount of $146.50 per term, will be deducted from the term fees eg instead of paying $650.00 for one child per term, the fee will be $503.50 per term.

 If a family decides to make fortnightly payments, yearly school fees should be divided by 26 payments. This will ensure that all fees are paid by the end of the year. For example a family with 2 children has a yearly fee of $3124.00. This amount should be divided by 26 payments which would equal approximately $120.00 per fortnight. Please note payments should be made at the start of the school year to ensure fees are paid by the end of the year. Fees can be paid by various methods - Cash, Cheque, BPAY, Credit Card, through QKR app or Centrepay. A lump sum payment can be made at anytime during the term if you would prefer this option. 

Any family that is experiencing financial difficulty is encouraged to contact the school office and make an appointment to see the Principal.
